WHY I STARTED
Growing up, I was always active. I played hockey and competed in a variety of sports, eventually going on to play Junior A hockey. Despite being athletic, I was often one of the smaller guys and struggled to put on muscle and build the physique I wanted.
That challenge led me into fitness. Through years of training, nutrition, and personal growth, I learned that real transformation comes from discipline, consistency, and habits that last.
Today, I've built a lifestyle centered around health, fitness, and adventure. My goal is to inspire others to become stronger, healthier, and create a life they're excited to wake up to every day.
